Sooo. Alot has happened.
On Tuesday, the 27th, I went to the Mindless Self Indulgence and Kill Hannah concert.
It was quite amazing. Kitty (the Drummer) Signed my cheek. :)
And I got everybodies autograph on my ticket.
And yesterday, Was easily the best day of any summer in my life.

Anti-Flag, The Casualties, Senses Fail, Saosin, UnderOath, Aiden, Hellogoodbye, Chiodos, and a shitload more.
Anti-Flag and The Casualties were Easily the best, and most fun pits.

But, Anti-Flag and The Casualties kind of changed my view on things.
The fact that Recruiters come to federally funded high schools, And schools are required to hand in a roster of the students names, addresses, and phone numbers to the military for recruitment, is an invasion of privacy. Which is definately a blatant disregard for our rights as students, as well as human beings. If you don't believe me, And if you don't want the military to have your information, Then as school comes around, go to www.militaryfreezone.org fill out the form and take it to your administrator, they'll remove your name from the roster. |
